How quickly can I receive my quote?

How do you select the fleet managers who participate in the AutosFleet network?

Our hand selected Fleet Managers must be quick to respond and, most importantly, must be dependable! Our expectations of a Top Fleet Manager also include the following:

• They must be courteous and patient.
• They must be knowledgeable on the product.
• They must be well organized.
• Many have an assistant or assistants who must also be courteous and knowledgeable.
• Most are computer automated.
• Expect No Less!

How can Team-Fleet Managers sell so low?

1. These selected fleet managers sell in volume so they can pass the savings on to you.
2. Every manufacturer has 2% to 3% holdback built into their invoice that is not generally shared with the retail sales department but shared with the fleet department.
3. Many hire and train courteous sales assistants who earn a salary instead of a commission.

How does this work?

Off the Lot
After you request your quote if you are ready to buy and take delivery of your vehicle, your Fleet Manager will locate the closest match from dealer stock or locate your desired vehicle at no charge and arrange for delivery.

Order
If your vehicle is difficult to find, consider ordering one direct from the factory. Ask your Fleet Manager about ordering your vehicle and estimated time of delivery, most orders take about six to ten weeks (subect to availability). You will be kept updated on its progression. Some dealers can also have it drop-shipped to the nearest authorized dealer in your area if your Fleet Manager is out of state.

What if the selected Fleet Manager's dealership is out of my state?

• If you have decided to order, your new vehicle can be dropped shipped to a dealer near you, usually for a small fee.
• If you have decided to purchase now, the Fleet Manager must be in your state.
